Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring smooth office operations and timely delivery of services to our premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily office operations.
  • Ensure all client content is posted on their respective social media platforms as scheduled.
  • Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
  • Monitor clients’ content availability and coordinate new content shoots before existing content runs out.
  • Conduct weekly client follow-ups, particularly with schools and institutional clients, to ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Organize and coordinate video and photography shoots.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Remind Directors of meetings, deadlines, pending assignments, and key engagements.
  • Follow up on invoices and client payments.
  • Manage assigned social media accounts.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A-Level). Additional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work beyond normal office hours whenever required.
  • Smart, professional, trustworthy, and respectful.
  • Knowledge of current political affairs and national events will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to relocate or work near our Kampala office.
